Pearly Dewdrops is a great intro to our line of co-fermentations, our take on an old-world beverage; Plum Jerkum. This vintage is comprised of plums, cherries, apricots, and apples. Also 100% Rose Hill Farm grown fruit.

On the wine side, our Bird Bath sparkling rosé is a perennial crowd pleaser. A blend of Traminette, Valvin Muscat, and Cab Franc produces a beautiful floral aroma and herbacious palette.
